To add a new delivery address, follow these simple steps:
1. Log into your Claretonline account
2. Go to My Account › Addresses > Edit Billing address / Shipping address.
3. Add details of your new Billing address / Shipping address.
4. Choose ‘Save Address’

Can I pay with any credit card?

You can choose to pay on ClaretOnline with any Visa, Stripe, Paypal or MasterCard.

Can I use any Debit Cart to pay for my order?

You can choose to pay for your order on Claretonline with any Visa, Stripe, Paypal or MasterCard.

Can I use cash on delivery payment option to order any book?

Sorry, Currently we are not accepting cash on delivery option as a payment.

How do I pay using a credit or debit card?

You may choose the credit card or debit card option to pay during checkout and enter the necessary details.
You would need to keep your card number, expiry date, three digit CVC number ready, which you can find on your card.

Can I delete my saved cards?

Yes, you can delete your saved cards at any time.

How do I save my card on Claretonline?

You can save your card by selecting ‘ Save payment information to my account for future purchases’ while placing the order.
Alternatively, you can also save your card by navigating to ‘My Accounts > Payment Methods > Add payment Method’.
To save the card you’ll need the card number and the expiry date.

Is it necessary to have an account to shop on Claretonline?

2. Add the book to cart, which you would like to buy.
4. Then click on ‘proceed to checkout’ in shopping cart.
5. Give your billing details and place the order.

How much does the shipping cost?

The shipping cost will vary from different publishing houses to your locality. Shipping cost can be seen on the cart at the time of checkout page.

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

The package will take time to arrive depending on your area. However, the tracking ID will be provided from ClaretOnline.

How do I track my order?

After the parcel is despatched, we provide you with DHL tracking ID.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, currently we are shipping to 8 Countries. More Countries will be considered if the response to the books are high.

What do I do if I never received my order?

Please inform us if the order is not delivered. However, it is the rarest case.

How soon is the item I want ready for despatch?

After placing the order, the parcel will be despatched within 24Hrs.

How do I cancel or change my order?

If the order is not despatched, Please inform us through the contact page on claretonline.org. Then our team will initiate the process for the cancellation or for changing the order.

No, we are charging only the shipping charge and the cost of the book which is shown on the website.

Can I return the books?

Sorry, currently we do not take the return of books.
